Shipping policy
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays, upon receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive another notification.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
In-Store Pickup
Avoid shipping costs by opting for free local pickup in San Diego at The Kitchens for Good SHOP – located at 980 Hornblend St, San Diego CA 92109. Simply choose the local pickup option during checkout. Once your order is placed, it will be prepared, and we will email you when your item is available for pickup at the register.
Pickup hours are from 10 am to 6 pm, seven days a week. Please bring your order confirmation email when you come for pickup.
International Shipping
We offer worldwide international shipping. Excluding: Barbados, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Israel, Libya, Martinique, New Caledonia, Reunion, Russian Federation, Ukraine, Venezuela
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kitchens for Good SHOP is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours (about 2 days) for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Dani at dani@kitchensforgood.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Private shipping companies or carriers, such as UPS and FedEx, are not able to deliver to (place mail-in) a PO Box. Only the United States Postal Service is permitted to deliver mail to a PO Box.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged or does not match the item description, please email us as soon as possible at dani@kitchensforgood.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these concerns on a case-by-case basis and aim to find a satisfactory resolution.
