At Au Gourmet, we’re a mother and daughter team who share not just a passion for cooking, but a love of carrying family traditions forward. Our Coconut Red Lentil soup, for example, is a velvety blend with a subtle sweetness from coconut milk, while our Lemony Orzo sings with bright citrus and herbs reminiscent of southern Europe. Our salads—whether it’s the juicy Caprese with sun-ripened nectarines or the earthy Carrot Lentil with spices—bring together simple, honest ingredients in creative ways that taste both familiar and new.
